Oilspec International performs inspection of POME delivered to and dispatched from Zadar POME Terminal.
POME is a waste material that is collected in the factory of palm oil during the palm oil production process. It is recognized as a suitable raw material for biofuel production in the EU, based on the Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II). EU demand for biodiesel is growing and POME is becoming an increasingly important raw material.
Oilspec is the only inspection body that provides this type of control in the Region.
