In most cases, the disputed situation can be resolved quickly and easily, to mutual satisfaction. If this proposal does not suit you or even after the discussion the disputed situation has not been resolved, you can submit a written objection / complaint through the link below.


The complaint/appeal handling procedure is regulated by our PROCEDURES MANUAL - Dealing with complaints and appeals, which regulates the manner of submitting, receiving and resolving complaints. We will respond to the complaint/appeal received within 15 days at the latest. In case of any delay , we will inform you in a timely manner about the reasons, as well as about the approximate time frame in which you can expect our response.
